Our die-casting department uses advanced machinery with process parameters monitoring, mould thermoregulation and a vacuum molding system, and it is thus able to obtain casting without any structural defects and with an excellent performance in terms of precision, mechanical resistance, cohesion and surface finishing.

Such completely automated department is equipped with 110 and 320 tons hot chamber machines and knock down presses, both interlocked to anthropomorphic robots which allow for a correct handling of the produced casts.

The presses are fed with the use of additional furnaces on the machine with a system to distribute the raw material in its liquid state.
